Cancellations
Once the kitchen starts preparing your food, orders cannot be cancelled to prevent food wastage.

Refunds
We issue refunds only for specific issues:
- ✓ Missing items from order
- ✓ Incorrect item delivered
- ✓ Major quality issues
Legal Note: Under Indian Consumer Protection laws, prepared food is a "perishable good" and is not eligible for physical returns once delivered. However, we offer a 100% Refund Guarantee if your order is missing items, contains incorrect items, or has major hygiene/quality concerns.
