Cancellations
Once the kitchen starts preparing your food, orders cannot be cancelled to prevent food wastage.
Please call us immediately at +91-9509913792 if you need to make changes within 5 minutes of placing an order.

Refunds
We issue refunds only for specific issues:
- ✓ Missing items from order
- ✓ Incorrect item delivered
- ✓ Major quality issues
Since food is a perishable item, we do not accept "returns" of delivered food. Refund amounts are processed to original payment source within 5-7 business days.
